It’s so motivating that October starts on a Monday. I promise you that I will be 15lbs skinnier by November.
I was always told that starving doesn’t help you lose weight and that it makes you fatter. But that’s the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. I starved myself for a few weeks and I dropped 15lbs, no kidding. People who tell me to eat don’t know what they’re talking about. I rest my case, starving doesn’t make you gain weight.
